Delivery and Pick up Policy

Project Plants Trade Centre is committed to providing exceptional customer service in store and online and with our delivery service.

We offer local delivery (Townsville Region) and pick up (Click and Collect) only. 

Local Delivery

Local deliveries are delivered in person by us, or by our trusted contractors, to ensure that all goods arrive to you in excellent condition.  We may take a couple of days to complete your delivery to improve efficiency.

When an order is placed via the website for local delivery you can place special instructions when ordering. We will do our best to meet those special instructions but cannot guarantee that we can.
Placing an order on our website gives us the authority to leave items in a safe place at your property if we are unable to locate a resident at the delivery address. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

Easy Access to the property is required to complete the delivery.  We can only place the delivery items within a reasonable distance from the vehicle.  It is unreasonable to expect a delivery driver to place heavy objects at various areas throughout the home or at the back of properties.

Pick up (Click and Collect)

All items on our website are available for “click and collect” in store, or for purchase in store during business hours.

Items ordered are required to be collected within 7 days of placing your order. We reserve the right to refund your order if not collected within 7 days (minus a processing and handling fee). A Holding and maintenance fee may be charged on collection for any orders that are not collected within 7 days, that are not refunded.
