Olea europaea / Olive 300mm

What you need to know at a glance;

– The “European Olive”, you guessed it, is a tree that produces Olives (but not in our warm climate!)

– Well why choose an olive tree to plant? Because Olive trees make a very attractive tall large shade producing trees reaching 5-7 metres tall

– If you want to manicure and have fun hedging or creating your own topiary designs in pots, olive trees are perfect

– This tree has beautiful evergreen silvery foliage

– Highly drought tolerant once established

– Feed with a quality controlled release fertiliser

– When you plant, dig a whole twice the area of the root ball, take care not to disturb the roots

– Use light free draining soil and water once a week in warmer months
